Hi, i was wondering if anybody has ever tried this product or similar JIM Pre-Amp's? Always been sceptical about pre-amp's, and which one's are the better ones to go for because of the price i've held back until i can get an idea of what's a decent pre-amp to go for. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I like them.
I've been using them for around 12-15 years or so. (Since they first came out.) Although they didn't stay on the market long.
I have seven M-75's. Three I bought new quite a few years ago and four more I bought on ebay.
One feature I like about them is the gain is variable. I use them for 'master' gain controls for my antennas.
They also work well for milair & milsat listening.
