I am trying to figure out what kind of antenna i need...

Hey guys, I have just purchased a Motorola Radius M1225 UHF Radio, Mod. M44DGC90J2AA and i am trying to figure out what kind of antenna i need/ would be best for this application to put on my truck. If at all possible i would like one that is a window mount if that is even an option... can anyone point me in a good direction?
