What's the highest frequency interest? (let me assume 870MHz)
According to my favourite coax calculator, and that both are
75 ohm cables, loss at 870MHz for RG11 is 2.4dB, and RG6A
is 4.7dB assuming a 50 ohm antenna.
Keep in mind that multiband scanner antenna impedence will
be all over the map, so mismatch loss may be higher by a dB
or more.
The worst is not particularly bad, but depends what you want...
smallest/most-convenient size, lowest loss, best cost.
