Hi, everyone. Does anyone have any recommendations on a Scanner Antenna that I could use indoors that would boost my VHF receiving? My existing antenna does a great job with UHF and 800 MHZ, but I'm thinking about picking up a new scanner and setting it up for VHF/Lowband only usage.

Again, this scanner would be for indoor use. It CAN be magnetic, but I cannot use any masts, roof mounts, outdoor dipoles or a dipole that would take up a considerable amount of room in my office.

Let me know!

Thanks...

Scott

Maybe I was mistaken when you stated that you were seeking a VHF/low band only antenna, so which is it? VHF low band or VHF high band & low band? The antennas I thought that would fit your listening needs was the bottom mobile mag mount antenna that covers 40 MHz to 50 MHz, if that doesn't fit the bill for you then check out this site: Scanner Master - Police Scanners by Uniden Bearcat, AOR and Radio Shack.
