Antenna Uses?

Trying to firgure out antenna useage on VSP Troop car. On the car pic there are 4 antennas. 2 on roof 2 on trunk deck.

VSP operates digitally on VHF HI ( 150Mhz to 160Mhz ). They have the ability to comunicate with mutual aid on 39.4 Mhz. They also use data terminals. The surrounding areas mostly use 800Mhz.

I'm trying to determine which antenna might be used for what.

It's hard to see, but the back antenna on the roof has a small coil at the base.

From the light bar back, I see it as VHF-Hi, 800 data, 800 voice, VHF-Lo. Which is data and which is voice is just a guess but I would mount the data antenna on the roof to ensure good line-of-sight for a digital signal.
