Nil-Jon Super-M element lengths

I've lost one of the three elements on the Nil-Jon mobile super-M. If anyone could provide the lengths of all three elements, I could make a replacement.

Universal-radio.com state "The three elements are between 16.5 and 19 inches." so the third one must be a lenght between the other twos, 17.5 inches. The frequencies they state for trancieve applications are probably only made to interest radio amateurs. The elements are made to cover 150-175Mhz as a 1/4 wave and as with all 1/4 waves it also works satisfactory on 3x the frequency at 450-500Mhz.
