    Washington State patrol district 5 is wide open.

    I drive a truck all over Washington State and carry a scanner with me, all districts still have some sort of conventional communications going

    Welcome back, fortunately the county is still analog so you can pretty much receive anything, wsp is digital p25. And across the river you can monitor Columbia county which is also analog.

    Added a cb to the Freightliner.

    I have been a driver for 30 years and I normally have a CB in my truck. it may not always be on, but it comes in handy for bad weather and finding out why traffic has come to a stop. also I carry a ham radio and a scanner.
