Website That Finds Licensees With Thee Miles Of A Street Address

    Frequency Hunting

I would add, 457 or 467 could be the repeater output, all depends on who programmed them. If programmed per the rules/documents 457 should always be the repeater, but it is not always that way. Also for the OP, if you strike out, don't rule out they are using VHF Marine or a VHF Repeater...

Website That Finds Licensees With Thee Miles Of A Street Address

Some I could attribute to the older Lat/Lon determinations that were made via a Topo Map, but never got updated to Real GPS coordinates (Electronic devices) others were obvious typos on the Application or even the FCC hand copy from paperwork to their system...

"Clear Channel" IHeartMedia frequency in my area

odd to hear they went Digital as most of those are used for either IFB or Remote Broadcasts and have generally been Analog with a few exceptions of being used for the Helo vs using the 450/455 band Could it have been from an Adjacent Freq that is not FCC Media (Part 74) ?? ie: +/- from 7300

    Troop C quiet

each Troop still has Low Band, however it's use varies as much of the Commonwealth is on the Trunked Network. You may find a dispatcher or two will patch or simulcast for Low Band from time-time, as well as some troopers will use it as a talk-around or detail channel.

Crowley tugboats working channels for assisting Navy ships.

Well aware of the communication requirement. However I've observed and monitored for many years the well seasoned Tug Operators and Pilots in/around New England who don't need to be Chatty and do a great job with ZERO or minimal Radio chatter, just my opinion/observation. YMMV No one said...

Exeter being on the adjacent Freq of 155.5350 it was likely Splash over As Creeper mentioned they are Dispatched thru the SO, but do have their own channels for Chit-Chat, Town interop and ....? usages? You might not hear anything on the local channels for days, weeks, months, then all of a sudden

Control channels would be for a Trunked System Only Off the top of my head, ONLY Nashua and Manchester maintain a trunked network. All other NH agencies using P25 are conventional, just like the old Analog Days, just using P25
