You can't do what your asking. Aux pins do not have that functionality. The radio has a discriminator audio output that goes to your recorder but it's either all or nothing.

Set your phone system to allow 3rd party arbitration to be controlled by the radio.

The PA over current is caused the reflected power back to the repeater. That reflected power has to be dissipated somewhere in the PA and it's causing your over current issue. Fix your reflected power issue and that one will go away.

Motorola actually just changed this with the new release as of 01-17. You can now have VMUTE enabled on power on. RADIO WIDE -> Audio Options -> ICUA Power UP Muted.

Nope, operator select is what allows the scan list to be edited by the end user of the radio. For Multi-System Scan, set the non-priority members to operator select.

Take it back to your radio guy and verify they didn't screw up the bluetooth settings in CPS. Department issued radio, department's problem.

If they are using CAP+ then your last post doesn't make sense... Do you have copies of the codeplug for repeater and subscriber programming? If you send them to me, It would help explain the system layout from the top-down and why it was done the way it was.
