Its been a number of years, but the Utility system has an A & B side. I do know in almost every instance of a Utility system, Circuit A or Circuit B light inflight that I've seen or known about, they almost always take the barrier, IE, use the tail hook to catch the arresting cable for landing...

Exactly, They weren't. All of the support equipment for the Eagles is/was already there. At one point there were 3 squadrons of Eagles there. I spent 4 years there working on them.

This was predicatable. Removing the older Eagles was just the justification to get the new ones.

Any word where he landed? He's performing at the Pocono Raceway airshow this weekend. I haven't heard anything into KAVP except the BlueAngels.

Yes, all of the Luzerne County Police, in Wilkes-Barre are in fact encrypted. PA state police are also encrypted. No digital scanner can decrypt their radio traffic.
