There are 2 quotes being reviewed at this time. One from Goosetown with Kenwood subscriber units and the other from Motorola with a combination of APX900 & 8000 subscriber units.

Correct - the “old” system has been decommissioned and they’ve fully made the transition to NJICS

Oakland uses selective encryption as indicated in the database as "Te" - it very well could be enabled at this time

An ISSI connection is already in place - NJICS / Bergen. Like @RadioChief55 said, they’re dispatching others on the ICS system.

Not to get too far off topic - NJICS is expanding site 7 to include 1 more subsite and increase capacity to 17 channels.
