Jackson doesn't use wyolink much as far as I'm aware, unless they are using a patch between the conventional and wyolink. you should setup this feed on Broadcastify - Live Police, Fire, EMS, Aircraft, and Rail Audio Feeds it works good and that's where my feed is streamed from.

Correct Wyolink is i multisite system and you will only here other counties if there is a radio in the area that is registered to that talkgroup.
