    DPW in many communities often don’t have much radio traffic as cell phones are often much more convenient. I’ve added these channels to my “confirmation” system in my SDS200. Short of a snow storm it could take some patience.

    I'm shocked you didn't pick up anything from C-PTL-1 and C-PTL-3 as they are very active. One of the best Zone 8 sites is Mt Nebo in Westboro at 495/9. It will simulcast A, B and H along with C.

    Correct the department is all call with exception of the Chief. ALS is primarily provided by Fallon (single ALS truck located in Ashland) Ashland Fire or Medway Fire. Then Brewster EMS (Framingham 911) and Community if available.
