Did I Just Buy a Uniden Branded Doorstop?

If you hear Clackamas Fire, you should be able to catch all others. It has to do with the smart system and how radios latch onto towers these days. They do not transmit all on all towers anymore. I would suggest you program all towers and frequencies related to those towers that are closest to...

Correct, the Newberg fire channels are part of TVF&R but PD still s on their own Newberg talk groups. Those are encrypted though.

    Washington County new P25 System

It is but with the smart system, it will only simulcast on the other system if a radio is within range on the other counties talk group and associated with a tower.

You will not hear Clackamas unless there is a Clackamas talk group on a radio close by that tower and connected.

    Washington County new P25 System

Looking at the numbering scheme, I added the TG's in sequence. So Ops 22 I put down 3255, Ops 23 - 3256, Ops 26 - 3259. Same on the Washington County's side for your missing ones: OPs 37 - 34260 and Ops 39 - 34262. Now any of the other ones are probably going to be found when they transmit :)

    Washington County new P25 System

Is there an updated list for TG's? I have been trying to program the new system but it is just not working for me. I downloaded the DB from here, but the new system only has the Tech talkgroups.

That is just the encrypted test TG all agencies have been asked to use for now. I believe the system has now more TG turned on so you all hear more. Fire is not going encrypted and the PD side is still in discussions about it. All TG will be streamed by WCCCA though but with a delay.

Every fire will have a different radio plan. The only OSFM channel is State Fire Net at 154.280 and all others are a mix of frequencies depending where they are and what agencies are on the fire.
