It does sound like they were blowing me off. It seems like at times it sounds great but then it has some awful noise almost making the transmission not able to be heard. It just sounds awful. All my other scanners sound just fine and my 436 out performs the SDS100 by a long shot. It does drop...

Correct Sorry I am have a Homepatrol Scanner that does everything for you with the programming. I enter in a 800mhz freq and it will not stay on one conv when paused. It wont pause at all because its not set up correctly.
