SDS150: New Uniden Scanner announcement at SEMA 2025

I hope SDS150 can do better DMR TIII trunking than my 436 which is sometimes buggy on such systems.

How long do the AA batteries last in a BCD436HP ! AND...

The same opinion. I always use Panasonic Ni-MHs in all my radios. I live in China though, so I totally understand how bad these cheap batteries are. However, Panasonic ones work well even if they are made in China here. (Many fake Panasonics here.)

    China PLA using Baofengs

As a Chinese, I personally won’t think they will use Baofeng in combat. Perhaps for training, just guess. The PLA has developed their own military radio models, AFAIK.

BCD160DN/BCD260DN: Is this a new Uniden model? BCD260DN

Here we have some conventional DMR channels. But there is a huge DMR T3 network in my city. Very sad to see there is no trunking.

    BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Memory closure came off

It's quite strange that they use this type of fragile holder, I think the most common type(just insert the card and 'click') is better.

BCD436HP/BCD536HP: help program DMR tier 3 systems

The fact is that all frequencies using the same color code belongs to one site. And I have figured out 2 sites. They all trunktrack flawlessly. I'll put more details when I'm available later. BTW: This variant of DT3 systems is so-called 'PDT' system, you can find several LCNS using the lcn...

BCD436HP/BCD536HP: help program DMR tier 3 systems

Hello, everyone: Recently I've been trying to receive the traffic police in my city. Unfortunately, since I'm not in North America, the RR database is of no use to me. I already know some facts about the system. There are dozens of frequencies in 360MHz to 370MHz band, and I have written them...
