How can you roll back ? Having the same problem you are having. Wish I could at least roll back to the one before 1.23.03. I think it was 1.23.01. Just to try it. 1.23.03 made the unit just about death . Strong Bars , High RSSI . Work a lot better before the update.

Tired all the filters , still no luck

The 1.23.01 seem better than the 1.23.03 . On the 1.23.03 most of the time the scanner just keeps scanning. 4 to 5 antenna bars but nothing heard most of the time.
