I have similar problems with city sites living here in lake city, I have tried different threshold settings, multiple antennas, no antennas and everything in between. Sometimes it’s not too bad and other times it’s worse! County site will not give you Erie Fire tac channels or Millcreek tac...

I thought maybe we had a govt north that we didn’t know of, seemed weird erie co.would use that as a tac channel.but might have been some involvement with Crawford co. Also heard radio testing on TG125 which isn’t listed. Don’t know what that is going to used for. Apparently they have room...

Anyone know what talk group ID Government North might be, I hear some Fire /ems traffic being sent to there but am not receiving it?

I get tac channels on county site just fine it’s the Erie fire and Millcreek Fire tac channels that give me trouble with simulcast through the city site. I hear them but usually audio is garbled. I live in Lake City, so location matters but i would think you would hear something If programmed...

Guess I’m not around radio enough to catch their chatter.

Matt I heard another station on that freq earlier today also hope it doesn't interfere in the future.

I recently avoided the city site on the system to eliminate bad reception. I am receiving all County talkgroups and tac channels and city and Millcreek Fire dispatch great now. I wonder if even though I am getting city and Millcreek Fire dispatch that are in the city zone on the county site...

That's a possibility...I was looking for the map and remember the city cell came out west into millcreek I think. still weird because he gets the other county talkgroups ok...….

That is weird because I am maybe 8 miles further west than Him and get the East County Talk Group fine....

east county has been quite active wonder if you are getting reception yet?

Just heard what sounded like a FM broadcast station mixing audio on East Co fireTac 3. sounds like they have a problem?

That's a good sign! I still am getting some garble at times here, could be simucast interference, but also heard dispatch comment to unit that he could not copy. I imagine they are still adjusting the system, timing ect but it might get worse before it gets better who knows.
