I don't know how they are now, but last time I saw them on my street, they had a radio in their truck with the volume wayyy up. Control kept trying to call them but they did not answer until they got there. So I would guess no portables to look at.

Yea, it def was ENC. This was on the conv DMR frequencies, both of them I was hearing ENC on actually both that are listed as TG 100. As I type this, I, just heard it again on 166.50000, very clear ENC sounds.
