    camden county ems/fire dispatch

154.430 is only used to activate pagers and announce the location and type of call. That is simulcast on TG (talk group) 226. No other comm takes place there. All fire & EMS comms take place on East Ops TG 221 for station 15-1 (Westmont FC) and West Ops TG 231 for sta 15-2 (W Coll Hghts FC)...

    Burlington County NJ N/S Simulcast

Thanks. That's what I thought... makes sense but when I'm in southern BC it still comes through as north simulcast. I have both programmed. If I can pick up all southern trafic on north, wouldn't that mean it's going out on both? I'm not missing any transmissions. If that's the case, why...

    Burlington County NJ N/S Simulcast

I have a new SDS100 programmed for both the N & S simulcast on Burlington County's P25 Phase II system. Traffic only comes over the N simulcast regardless of where the stations and units are located in the county. I never see anything come up as S simulcast. Any idea why?

    Camden county nj trunking system

I believe Virtua uses that EMS channel for dispatching paramedics. They have their own dispatcher. Once the medic is dispatched they then sign on with Cam County dispatchers on the respective regional channel (N/S/E/W Ops).

If I recall from several yrs ago, CH Pub Works primarily uses cell phones with some service similar to the old Nextel push-to-talk.

    Lakeland Fire Company

Former neighbor worked their part-time. The engine and the ambulance both ran under the name "Camden County Hospital Complex FD". Ambulance was 28-16 not part of Gloucester Township EMS. Ambulance was taken out of service several years before the engine. Glo Twp then provided EMS.

    Lakeland Fire Company

Shows in Google Maps at around 400 County House Rd, Blackwood, NJ. The road also goes by the name of Woodbury-Turnersville Rd. It's near the intersection of Lakeland Rd. Single bay, 2-story station. Don't know what it's used for now.

    Lakeland Fire Company

Lakeland was a complex in Gloucester Twp operated by Camden County. It had a few healthcare facilities, nursing home, children's detention facility, animal shelter, fire training facility, etc. The county operated a fire station with one engine and an ambulance. It was shutdown in the 90s

Bls/for ems and fire for Camden city

Just to clarify.. "dispatched" is the initial notification of the run only. After the intial notification all other communications take place on the different TG's for the respective regions N-Ops, S-Ops, E-Ops, W-Ops, Hwy-Ops.

Can I get other county's P25 systems through Burlington County's system?

No. Many but not all counties use P25 systems but they're not on the same system. Each county has its own self-contained P25 system. Some towns operate on the state's P25 system but that too is separate from the county systems.

Camden county fire and ems dispatch

I've noticed that Pennsauken FD is now operating on East instead of North. Does anyone know if they're moving any other towns around? That leaves Camden, Merchantville, and Woodlynne on North. East is going to be very busy.

Camden county fire and ems dispatch

Oops... old habits... forgot Pennsauken EMS switched dispatch back to 154.430. I like not hearing dispatch tones since I miss voice traffic while it's locked on tone transmission but makes better sense to be able to use trunked pager.

Camden county fire and ems dispatch

Fire & EMS for all of Camden County.... except for Cherry Hill Fire/EMS, Camden City Fire/EMS, Pennsauken EMS.... is dispatched on analog 154.430 and simulcast on P25 talkgroup 226. When responding the towns operate on County talkgroups for their region- North Ops TG 201, South Ops TG 211, East...

    Camden County Fire-Ems Dispatch

Camden County using Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, etc. for EMS units not only in Pennsauken but now also in Gloucester Twp, Haddonfield, Collingswood. It seems that they're rolling this out county-wide. I also hear them calling Haddonfield's chief "Chief 14" rather than 14-01. Does anyone know the...

    Camden County Fire-Ems Dispatch

Prior to EMS becoming part of Pennsauken FD were they dispatched on N-Ops/N-Tac like Cooper EMS or did I get that wrong?

Burlington County 700 MHz Project 25 TRS

I believe they also sometimes patch to SJ Net for helicopter communications.

Burlington County 700 MHz Project 25 TRS

Probably better question for Camden County forum. Could be that Camden Cty had one of their channels patched to SJ Net for an out of county response.

    Camden County Fire-Ems Dispatch

Strange, Pennsauken EMS is always dispatched on 700/800 TRS North, not analog. Are you saying you heard them dispatched on VHF?
