Does anyone know if the DTR site at Limon Correctional facility denies everyone but the correctional facility radios or does it work as a typical DTR site? Also, what about all the other correctional facilities that have DTR sites. Do they deny or do they work as a standard DTR site? Any help...

Yes there is a networked 900mhz P25 system along the front range of Colorado. The system is networked by microwave. Currently the Buckhorn site is not part of the network, but it is operating as a stand alone repeater. All the repeaters operate as a vote scan system.
