As Ramal121 said, I would bet that is a low battery issue, the battery needs to be tested under load and even if the battery is good someone may have adjusted the battery low "BATT" setting higher than 6.0 Volts. Jim

The SO, Fire and Roads all are on a simulcast system. You should not be having an issue, but if you are on the east side of the highway and up against a hill that could be an issue. Fire 3 is only a 2 site (Highland and Otter) so you may have issues with it. Newport site is only SO 1, Fire 1...

You will need 2 KRK-14HM (only one if you are using a KCH-20) for the heads, 1 KRK-15B for the radio, 1 KCH-19, 20 or 21 and 2 KCT-71 cables. You also need to set the switches on the KRK-15 and on head #2.
