    As Ramal121 said, I would bet that is a low battery issue, the battery needs to be tested under load and even if the battery is good someone may have adjusted the battery low "BATT" setting higher than 6.0 Volts. Jim

    TK-5830-F2 remote head

    You will need 2 KRK-14HM (only one if you are using a KCH-20) for the heads, 1 KRK-15B for the radio, 1 KCH-19, 20 or 21 and 2 KCT-71 cables. You also need to set the switches on the KRK-15 and on head #2.
