The best you are going to get for "low profile" is either a Sti-Co flexi-whip multiband, or, my recommendation would be to use the APX8500 triplexer and break it out to a sharkfin for UHF and 800, and a Sti-Co flexi-whip for VHF.

More than likely that is an input to a repeater on 409.2375. I would listen there and see if you hear anything.

This is an Explorer but its a situation where an overhead console had to be used due to no space in the dash.

The Troy overhead consoles are nice but the viewing angle is terrible. I haven’t messed with any of the newer Motorola control heads but you might be able to MacGyver the E5 into a modified 4” angled Spectra faceplate and mount it that way.
