I lost the audio on my feed the other day but the text tagging is working fine. I was wondering the audio cable from the scanner to the computer does it matter if its a stereo or mono 3.5 jack. Any other help with loss of audio would help.

Ive had the radio for a couple months now with no problems. I just tried uploading some new frequencies into the radio using Butel software and it wont take the change. It doesn't remove any of the previous frequencies.Any ideas or should I send the radio in.
