715 I believe is now assigned as the turnpike TG for "Pike" to dispatch troopers only for their incidents. I believe this is the case due to the problem with the radios not being able to scan and then swap from 1A to the analog pike channel. That is my guess with it.

That actually is not the new tower. There were two towers that were at the Gray Site. The one you saw them taking down was the old tower.

North Berwick Fire operates on the York County fire Frequencies and are dispatched by Sanford RCC. The PD has their own tower within the town. In Lebanon you should be able to pick them up no problem if they are programmed. I cant say anything for York as I can not pick them up in Saco.

There would not be enough traffic for a direct channel since SP doesn't cover the town of Gray and there is a OBVIOUS safety reason that goes along with it...

Before I left Gray there was some testing they did in Lebanon. The Sgt went to the dead spots that were aware of and they were loud and clear through out. Yes there have been some failed systems out there and there are bugs that are always going to be there. But give it a chance before you go...
