106 would be a truck assigned to Pearl River County. But they may have been in Hattiesburg due to a transfer to Forrest General Hospital or something else. It's fairly common to hear a truck from outside of Forrest County catch a call in Hattiesburg.

You would not believe the number of TGs that are Denied on that tower. It's nearly Forrest and Lamar County specific plus the State Agencies and SEMAAD. Any other county shows denied on Pro-96.

Must be due to the Uniden software. I run a Whistler and hear both side of the traffic 24/7 on that channel. I'm speaking of the MSWIN Channel. The VHF High Band frequencies are repeater output. Unless you happen to have the input frequencies entered and are in one of the 4 repeater areas.

What radio and antenna are you using? Other than EMS it's rare to see a Covington County radio ID "Accepted" on the Hattiesburg Towers. Most are "denied" access to the towers. Pro-96 says.

123.05 is the Helipad lighting relay at the Forrest General ER Helipad. Unless they have changed the setup. The green helipad lights are dusk to dawn if I recall. The 123.05 was originally for the white floodlights on the pad.
