    Torrington - Trinity Ambulance

I have not been able to copy Trinity Ambulance on the 461.075 as listed in the RR database. I was always able to copy Campion. I'm only 3 miles outside Torrington. Can someone advise what they are using.

    Hartford Amb in Torrington

No not the Aetna amb. Thanks. It's been very quiet on the Trinity freq and thought perhaps they had changed freq.. Didn't know they were over on the Marcus T III system.

    Hartford Amb in Torrington

So if I understand correctly in Torrington, LCD dispatches the ALS car but we don’t have a freq for the HH BLS ambulance or is that on DMR Tier III system.? I noticed the old 461.075 was quiet. I don’t have much DMR activity here in New Hartford though all my SDS beta units have keys...

    Lifestar

It is possible if they were doing a medical transport or drill. As far as an image, I've never heard a 463 Mhz UHF transmission generating an image on anything in the 40Mhz range. +/- the IF freq or 1st harmonic but not 1/10th the frequency. This transmission was monitored on an SDR-based...

Maybe just a spur or overload.

    Lifestar

Does Lifestar use 41.9 Mhz for Medcom? They were just giving report as they passed over my house, set off the Close call on 41.9 on the SDS200 and I confirmed it on a BC796. I would have expected to hear them on Med 5 463.1 if I recall correctly.

I am monitoring 159.4425 and the input 155.175 carrier sq.

    Ski Sundown

The primary displayed freq should be the repeater output. And still the KNDY780 license does not list the input nor output as licensed to Ski Sundown.

    Ski Sundown

So if 155.175 is the input to a repeater, then this page has the input rather than the output listed, hence my confusion. New Hartford New Hartford is dispatched by LCD. Frequency License Type Tone Alpha Tag Description Mode Tag 155.89500 KUG863 RM 110.9 PL Highway / Co Public...

    Ski Sundown

155.175 just as is listed on the RR DB All of the operations are on this frequency licensed to North Canaan. Ski Sundown does not appear to be using their own licensed frequencies. 155.17500 KOB360 BM 67.0 PL Ski Sundown Ski Sundown Ski Patrol FMN Busines

    Ski Sundown

Ski Sundown is operating on North Canaan Vol Amb frequency. Sundown is not apparently licensed for that frequency according to the FCC database. Seems a bit strange.

Have you downloaded the Sentinel program, updated the database and written it to the scanner? I too am in Litchfield Co. I don't find simulcast an issue.

It's coming up on Close Call as what I reported. I will try to fine tune it next time it comes up.

    151.77Mhz NW CT

Does anyone know who is operating on 151.77 simplex NFM in NW CT? I can't find any reference other than it's meant to be a temporary frequency. They are very strong in the area of the Nepaug/South End firehouse. Sounds like a construction/road crew.
