Hey -- I connected the scanner to my PC and programmed it using the ProScan app and downloaded the frequencies from the Radio Reference database through ProScan. Really simple! Rich

Hi - It was offline. It appeared the broadcastify server was unavailable briefly overnight but the app I'm using didn't try to reconnect. I have to see if I can configure it to retry when there is a connectivity problem instead of needing me to do it. Its back online now. Rich

I bought a Uniden BCD996P2 and have my Broadcastify feed back up and running!

Hi -- Do you have a P25 compatible scanner? My scanner is not compatible and I think they may have transitioned to the new system which is why I am not getting anything. Rich

I think it may be the transition to the P25 system. I just read up about that and my scanner is not compatible with P25. Thanks Rich

I will have to investigate this further in the future by right now I click on "MyBCFY" link to access my feed control panel. When my feed is down clicking on this link brings me to a page saying I need to upgrade my account to premium.

Hi -- If my feed goes down unbeknownst to me I can not access my feed control panel to add a note about why the feed is down or if I am away and not able to address the outage, etc. This doesn't make sense to me! Is this a "bug" or a "feature" ? Rich

Not sure what happened by my feed is no longer listed and I can't connect my broadcast server app to Radio Reference so I reapplied for the feed. Very strange.

I had to take my feed down for about an hour as I was moving around equipment and I did not get a notification about the feed being offline. The feed is back online now though.

Additionally, I clicked on the link to manage my feed from an alert e-mail about my feed being down and I get this error Invalid Feed or Access Denied Rich

That's the thing, the icon isn't there. No where in the system does it "recognize" that I am the feed provider. I tried resetting my password to see if that re-connected my account but it hasn't.
