As of 3 AM this morning, some Clay and Platte county agencies on the MO side have flipped the switch to Encryption (AES256). I am unable to determine if the encryption is user-selectable or system-level encryption. Sad times.

I've got TG 34390 logged from December of 2021, but have yet to see 34391. The only RID I have logged on 34390 is a four-digit user, 1282. The next-nearest TG that I have is 34388 which has had JaxCoSo on it.
