3s tg delay, because some radio users don't key up to reply back right away. if your monitoring more than one trunked system, if the one is more important or you don't want to lose any replies, then system hold is good.

WellFlight does have at least 1 TG on the WellSpan Health Radio Network.. As far as I have seen, only using it for coms with WellSpan York Hospital.

my bad, I forgot to exclude those Global TG.... but do not be surprised, when ENC is turned on for those TG's... I am sure that the entire system will be fully ENC in the next few years.

all tg in the 10xxx range will be fully ENC.... those are the PSP talk-group range of ID's

Lebanon County is in the SE section of the PGC and all TG listed are used. Active normally from 7am - 8pm (Dispatcher is on duty) Use the Cornwall Site, Keffers site, Grantville site, and Port Clinton sites. You can also add the FITG and Jonestown tower sites, these all cover Lebanon County...
