Its analog system and firmware is up to date as far as I know. We have 15 of these radios and this is the only one that is having this trouble. The PPT thing sounds like a good place to start. I will also ask the dealer if they checked the alignment when they had it.

Hello, just wondering if anyone else thinks the volume is low of these radios. It's a lot lower than our PR-400 radios. Does not hater if it's the radio speaker or mic speaker. Is there something in the programming that can make this better? Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the replies. If I remember right the plug that comes with the radio has a jumper on it for pin 15 and 16. I will see if I can find another plug and try that
