All of these tips have been completed.....still do not think this is the best clarity possible.

We just went live yesterday and the feed seems to not be as clear as we would like. We are currently using a handheld scanner Radio Shack 100 channel dual trunking, running into Windows Vista through a mono audio cable into the "Line In" plug. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Bedford...
