Thanks for the info. I have setup the favorites list after figuring out that I had to enable the Fire Tac channels for scanning. I am hoping that this will fix our issue. I upgraded the firmware as well on both our units. I'm guessing there is a bug with the hold feature that kills the audio...

Nobody scared us off. :) I got my questions answered elsewhere for our feed. FYI Harris did a major update the other day to fix a problem we were having with the control channel rolling. Luckily it didn't cause another outage.

We have 2 new BCD536HP scanners for our radio feed. The scanners work fine for awhile, but then after a day or two there is no audio. I have the channels for our feed on "hold" as that was the quickest way I could figure out to get only the channel I wanted. If I take the channel off of hold...

We had this same thing. Changing the port to 8000 (IIRC) and it was able to connect again.

I see you all are on top of our switch to P25 this week. We are hoping to have our last console up and configured this afternoon. It has been a crazy week. I have a question about us (Arvada Fire District) setting up a official radio feed from our system. Can I ask it here or should I ask...
