SDS100 for the simulcast issues in Marion County. Ocala FD is encrypted but Fire in the rest of Marion County has some talkgroups in the clear. You can still use your BCD396T for other services, such as aircraft (civilian and military), amateur radio, etc.

South of Martin County (Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade) FD and EMS are unencrypted, as is Broward Sheriff's Office.
