    Yes, keep the pressure on for removing alll encryption. I can't help but believe that the Sheriffs Dept who runs CCCS feels this is very low priority for them and would love to never remove the encryption.

    Understood. However, it doesn't need to be done every day. Just regularly enough that the recordings would still be available and OCFA can figure out that the requests will continue until the encryption is turned off.
