Here is a screen capture during this mornings bus run. There are lots of radios on the network and group calls coming in. DSDplus is not generating any audio and is also not putting any entries in the log files.

Deleted the device driver and then ran zadig. Unfortunately, no bulk interface device is shown. Rebooted and the SDR showed back up in device manager and in Zadig After rebooting it's back in zadig as RTL2838UHIDR
