Lakewood Fire calls 13514 "Channel 15". The RR database labels it as Westcom Fire 3. Every time I have heard LFD switch to fireground, it has always been "Channel 15" (13514).

Notice in my favorites list that I only have one site listed under MARCS: Cuyahoga Co Simulcast. If you have other sites active that could be part of the problem. Other than that, I am out of ideas.
