Heard what identified as WBNY relay service this morning on 6240khz. It had a very commercial AM sounding signal, that was surprisingly strong. I had read that Pirates tend to be low power, but this was loud and clean sounding.
Program was Shrunken Head Radio - program consisted of 60's/70's rock tunes and computer sounding man, id'ing the station in between songs.
