Default VOA and BBC

New to commercial SW. Can I hear BBC and VOA in the US? My searching seems to say that they have no broadcasts to the US?

Thanks

Pete

Hi Pete.

While neither broadcasts specifically to the US, you can certainly still receive their broadcasts at certain times of day and on certain frequencies.

Here is the BBC schedule for this summer:

BBC - Global Short Wave Frequencies

In a general sense, you can check out this link to see what is on the air at any given time/frequency. Good luck and hope some of this helps.
