I'm not sure about the amateur service, but its close cousin SITOR is still pretty widely used - the B version for text based weather bulletins; the A version I see occasionally reported in the diplo/mil world, rarely in the maritime world anymore. There are many other more secure ways to send messages like that...73 Mike

Hi, sure on 8414.5 Khz USB you can listen weather and maritime messages from USCG.
