I am running across an ALE msg using the Twente University Web SDR and haven't been able to ID the source. There are several messages sent daily.
I have not been able to receive it on my home Elad FDM-S2 located in Delaware. I suspect the msg origin is Europe/Mid East.
Freq: 4700usb
Decoder Krypto500 v1.145 (cracked version0
A typical message:
[2018-02-16 05:11:55] [NORMAL MODE][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRI][EOM]
The only other callsign I've seen in the messages is[GRIFFI]. If anyone has any idea who might know its source I'd really appreciate a shout back.
Pete
