Default Yet another ALE mystery

I am running across an ALE msg using the Twente University Web SDR and haven't been able to ID the source. There are several messages sent daily.
I have not been able to receive it on my home Elad FDM-S2 located in Delaware. I suspect the msg origin is Europe/Mid East.

Freq: 4700usb
Decoder Krypto500 v1.145 (cracked version0

A typical message:
[2018-02-16 05:11:55] [NORMAL MODE][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRIFFIN][TWS][GRI][EOM]

The only other callsign I've seen in the messages is[GRIFFI]. If anyone has any idea who might know its source I'd really appreciate a shout back.

Pete

Just decoded more msgs on 4700KHz usb. This time the call sign [R26] showed up indicating it might be US ARMY. Still not sure though.

Well, I solved it!
The source of the ALE message is the US ARMY located in Kosovo. I found another frequency (9038usb), monitored for 24 hours, and came up again with [GRIFFIN] and a verified Army callsign.

Research confirmed that Arkansas and Iowa National Guard are with Task Force Griffin, located at CAMP BONDSTEEL, Kosovo. The ALE comms are from their helos.
