Default ALE on LSB?

I have only seen ALE used on Lower Sideband from the VENEZUELA NAVY on 10650LSB and 5840LSB. Has anyone seen other ALE sources using LSB?

I *think* I've seen reports on the UDXF that the Mexican army has also done this...Mike
