Default ALE frequency list

The following has been authored by Hugh Stegman of Spectrum Monitor for the last year or two. It's a HUGE article that describes ALE in some detail, talks a bit about software, and then it's a list of frequencies and users. I hesitate to use the word 'comprehensive' only because new networks and users are constantly being discovered and analyzed and poor Hugh ends up trying to catch up . In fact it's probably not an exaggeration to say that a third (or more) of the traffic on the UDXF has to do with ALE logs. Here's the link...
