Am picking up some FD on 154.1300 with 162 DPL... Not an IN FD as the Time Out on the page was CST.

Not hearing that one yet but am monitoring it.

Years ago when Indianapolis PD were using 460.xxx MHz frequencies, it was not uncommon to hear Indy PD here is St. Louis, MO.
Indy used many of the same freqs as the City of St Louis PD did back in the days before trunking took over!

I also pulled in UHF Indy TV stations back in those same days.

Heard a very weak signal here with same DPL.
Only heard tone outs before it faded though but it was probably the same as you heard.

Getting some squelch pops now but nothing intelligible any longer.

years ago a Central Indiana FD repeater output was the same as our repeater input so when conditions were right we had some issues. They had a working fire with victims that tied up our channel for almost an hour.

Oh Boy---Thats Gonna Be a Dandy to Search Down As Per the FCC Data Base there are 1464 Licenses Given Across the Country for That Frequency--I Would Say Not Even 1/4 of the List is Expired
