I am New to SDR and have LOTS of questions on how to get it working properly.
Tasks Already completed
SDR Sharp Installed on Windows 8.1 Laptop
SDR Sharp PlugIns Installed (Numerous)
Zadig
Dongles (x2) RTL2838
Radio Shack 800 mhz Antenna for Trunking
Unitrunker
VB Cable (Trial Version)
DSD+
The First problem I am having is I keep getting an error message on SDR Sharp of "Cannot Access RTL Device" When I press Play. My troubleshooting for this consists of Closing All Programs then Opening Zadig (Running as Admin) and then reinstalling the Drivers as WinUSB(v6.1.7600.16385). I have tried renaming the Dongles under "Edit" mode and it works but temporarily.
