Covers the most minimal basics, yep, but it's better than nothing I suppose. As I noted in that other thread, there are two books out about SDR "on the cheap" and they're both available from Amazon in physical book form as well as eBooks for whatever device you happen to own (given it's a Kindle or it can install the Kindle app, I suppose).

And that's not an official thing, for the record. I don't think Youssef ever got around to creating a proper manual or guide for SDR# so some users did it for him in their own respects, such as that one by Robert Nickels.
