Default SDR V3 ppm changing

I've had an SDR V3 dongle for about a year. When first purchased the ppm was -1. A few weeks ago the ppm climbed to -10, and last night -30.

I tried using SDR#, HDSDR with the same results.

Any suggestions?

Reflow the solder joints on the TXCO and its loading caps? Buy a new dongle?
