Red face Trunk Tracking SDR Unitrunker Confusion

I am new to SDR & want to monitor 800 MHz P1 & P2 digital trunked systems. I heard two SDR's are needed, one for control channels & one for voice channels. I looked on RTL-SDR for the required downloads but can't make heads or tails of how to download Unitrunker from my PC to the usb sticks. Would I be able to accomplish this with just one Funcube dongle since all the drivers are installed or even just one Airspy or SDRPlay SDR or do I still need two of each? Thanks in advance.
