Windows 10 Fall Update - Run Zadig Again

The current Windows 10 update wiped out the driver for my NooElec SDR device. Running Zadig again to locate the device and reinstall the proper driver fixed the problem.

So, if your SDR isn't working after that update, that's the solution.
